Seacoast was highly recommended to me and my initial conversation with John left me hopeful that I made a good decision. Once my credit was run and my documentation sent in, the "service" halted. I had to literally chase John to get locked into a rate. The initial rate and terms were long gone by the time he decided to finally process my loan. There was no communication - no return calls, texts, emails - and Allyson started responding with what was needed to get the loan closed. Every payoff was incorrect, a loan sat unpaid because the processor did not have the correct Lender name, it took months to get the accounts reconciled that were being paid off with the refinance. When I reached out to Allyson, she told me I should not be contacting her. There was no follow up from the closing, not even a thank you for doing business with them. The icing on the cake - despite signing a form saying I did not want my information shared - they have sold my information to any and everyone. Mail, email, texts, and calls - all day every day. I am going to have to change my number and email it is so persistent. STAY AWAY from this company. I signed
