We kept getting hit with o.d fees and was very frustrated today we were going to close our bank account and go else where but after sitting down with Anthony and Dan the bank manager solved our problem within 2 hours of going over 3 months of transactions and looking at where things went wrong. Sitting in drive thru for the ATM because this bank puts the drive thru ATM in a terrible lane. 12 mins and counting for one car. Sick. Think I'm going to pull and deposit in Pawtucket credit union
