  I loved how personalized our experience was. Sean and his associates did an outstanding job staying on top of our financial transactions, with the utmost professionalism. We were impressed with how efficient and reliable everyone involved was. To top it all off, we felt so appreciated. We loved the thoughtful gifts every time we completed a milestone in our mortgage process. From an amazing cookie box to a delicious Italian gift basket every member of our family was able to experience the appreciation. To say that it was an enjoyable experience signing our final documents is an understatement. We were received with a personalized welcome sign, refreshments, a tv monitor with a picture of our house in a beautiful office. Everyone was so kind and welcoming giving us an experience like no other. To top it off before we left, we were given a gift that included a watercolor illustration of our new house, personalized change of address cards, and a bottle of champagne.   I don't even know how to begin describing how wonderful this team is! From the initial meeting, I felt completely comfortable at Fairway. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and were always accessible for questions and concerns from a first time home buyer. I felt well taken care of every step of the way. I dealt mostly with Sean and Darcy and they were both absolutely amazing to work with. Sean went above and beyond to make my first home buying experience as smooth as possible and I will forever be grateful!

  We had a fantastic experience! We were in escrow with two rental properties doing a 1031 exchange and we weren’t getting the service we wanted from the lender we were working with. Sean and his team came recommended from our CPA and they really came through! He started weeks after the other lender and finished way before and delivered exactly what he said they would. Working with Sean and Darcy I was kept informed all along the way and I’ll be recommending them to everyone. Thank you so much!
