  About a year ago I lost my greencard in this bank and it fell in a place where it was impossible to get and so I go back hoping to retrieve it after a year and the employee over there who is a very nice and polite guy helped me and I got my greencard a week after that, this bank got great customer service I would definitely recommend it

  I have a lot of issues with Seattle CU which never get resolved because no one is ever there or answers the phone and they have no email address for customer service. My debit card has been expired. They don't send me a new one. I cannot transfer money between my accounts because it doesn't function. I have been waiting 4 years for that functionality to work again on the website, but it has not yet come. I came into this location to get some cash to buy a car. They don't have cash at this location. They said it's not a real location. It is a building with an atm. They have cash in the atm but not enough to buy a car. How do I get my money that I have in my account? I guess I can't go to the bank. It makes no sense. Maybe you would reach me if you answered the phone. I am closing my account after 4 years of stress. Thanks for nothing.

  ATMs have a contactless symbol but it doesn't work. When I asked the staff about it they were rude. Convenient location though.
