      I find the North Syracuse Branch to be excellent! The people there are friendly and knowledgeable. They answered my questions with courtesy and privacy. They offer suggestions on how to handle different situations. I have been with S.E.C.N.Y. for years.

      Worst credit union all the way around. All of the branches are bad. Hidden rules, way to strict polices and they pick on you and hold your account hostage if you tell them you want to close. They make up some rules as they go along. Any given day or time these credit unions are empty, now I know why.
