  I had the opportunity to speak to Pete regarding refinancing a personal property. He was the 1st and only individual in the mortgage banking industry that I have come in contact within the last 6 months who stated the situation that is going on in 2021 when it comes to mortgage refinancing. His insight was extremely invaluable. Professional, passionate, personal & forthright.

  My wife and I closed on a home last year and we were truly lucky and fortunate to run into Paul Picchierri. He was on top of everything, including my lawyer, and without Paul I can positively say we would not have closed on our house without him. He was extremely professional throughout the process when so many others were not. We recently remortgaged our deal(using Paul again) and saved literally hundreds on our mortgage already. This only happened because evidently Paul actually cares about his clients; and we all know this is not a common trait when talking/dealing with so many potential lenders. He reached out to US and not the reverse....a painless process that to people like myself, sounds intimidating, and face it, we all get comfortable paying the bills. We would have never known without him alerting us. I do not normally take time to post reviews for anything but Paul could not be more deserving. Thank you, Paul!

  My assistant called and asked that they wait for me to call them rather than to repeatedly call since I am on the phone a lot for business. The response from someone named Paul was offensive and rude.
