  James Koss at Secure Mortgage is THE BEST lender I have ever worked with during my 15 years in real estate and I’m a bit embarrassed I haven’t written him a review before now. He is the most hard working person I may have ever encountered in business. We have closed many client transactions together and he has helped me with my personal ones as well. If you’re looking for someone honest and upfront to have an actual conversation with you about your mortgage needs, he is your guy. I trust him 100% and he has NEVER let me down on any transaction. Ever. It’s easy to be good at your job when you have easy deals and easy loans, but he also has helped my clients through many difficult ones. I've seen him step in and save many deals when other lenders failed to come through for their clients at the last minute. I jokingly call him my “miracle worker” when I refer people to him and I hope to work together for many years to come!

  This review is for the totally unprofessional conduct of Arun (Stanley Mani realty) at secure Mortgage. Been trying to get a refinance through him for months and he keeps giving me the run around. I can't leave messages on his phone line cause mail box is always full. Didn't they teach him how to access his mail? No email response either. He is always out of the office and also don't bother leaving your phone number cause he won't call you back. I gave them all the documents they needed and still excuses after excuses. It didn't take this long when I got a mortgage from them in the first place. Last message I got from him a month ago We are still working on your file. Investors wanted to revalidate the appraisal report, we are working with the appraisal company on it. Will let you know once we have it back from the appraisal company. Thank you Arun Mathew Dear Arun , If you ever read this …Cancel the refinance! I don't want to do business with a company that has such unprofessional person working for it.

  Usually I do not write the review but this time I am because I got charged unnecessary during closing my home loan 2018. I just refinanced the loan again and found out that INC. robbed/cheated me. I got a loan from this INC via Manoj Bhatia in 2018.I was purchasing a house for the first time and this Manoj guy took full advantage of me in the very competitive Seattle real estate market.In close cost statement there are following charges which supposed not charge plus there is no lender credit included Admin free, document preparation beside other regular fee(Escrow, title fee etc) .Some wording is confusing in closing cost to trick a person like me. One of the items is “Loan Discount fee= $3000” meaning this is charged for the discount point however how many discount points 0.20% or 0.25 or 0.30never mentioned ,at the end l I heard from a notary guy/escrow folk about it. Initially he promised to match the offer the same as Bank of America(interest rate without discount point plus some lender credit) because Manoj knew I have to close the loan in 30 days due to the competitive real estate market. Every time I ask something to change in loan Manoj is always indirectly threatening me won’t possible to close loan within 30days due to very competitive real estate market buyer agreed close loan within 30 days when putting to offer to buy house.

  So sorry to hear this two years after your purchase. This is the first time I am hearing about any dissatisfaction as you did not mention any of this throughout the 35 day loan process. I wish you brought this to my attention anytime during the loan process and we could have found a solution instead of posting about it two years after the fact.
