      SEE SIAM MAXIE!!! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED ALL PROCESSES TO ME AS OPPOSED TO SENDING A DOCUMENT AND SAYS "SIGN IT!" SHE WAS AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS AND EVEN WEEKENDS IF I HAD QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, SHE DEFINITELY MADE THE LOAN PROCESSS SMOOTH , I HIGHLY RECOMEND LOAN DEPOT AND SIAM MAXIE.

      I don't know how this company makes money. I applied back in February and never got assigned a loan officer. Called repeatedly and sent emails for weeks still never heard back. Tried again and got assigned a loan officer in a state I didn't even ask about, they just assumed. Tried repeatedly to get my file moved with no luck. Now I have an inquiry on my credit report for no reason and just SOL after complaining to CFPB.
