I have my business accounts at Security Bank KC at the Prairie Village branch and I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. They provide thorough information and instructions and are always there to answer questions with a phone call or in person. A main reason I bank here is their personal touch and responsiveness to customer's needs, sometimes even before I knew I needed something.
