      I am closing my account with them immediately. This is a terrible place to bank with. I believed it was a good honest bank because family and friends banked with them but everything is difficult, if you lose a card if you need help finding previous information it is a very long process from the inside of the bank to online or phone conversation I would recommend a bank that knows what they are doing.
