  I have been with this bank for thirty years and they have worked with us very well till now. Several weeks ago My wife and I had (2) purchases come up on our checking account we did not make. We had to change Debit /Credit card numbers. Then my wife stopped payment on these (2) two charges and today a lady at the bank branch named Kelly informed my wife the Bank did not stop payment on those two Debit charges, Because there is no such thing and this issue went to someone up in the Bank and they will not reimburse our Bank account almost $200.00 dollars. People watch your accounts, the bank does not do it for you.

With a debit card transaction the cardholder would need to contact the merchant who is charging the card to work through a stop payment.
