  Terrible customer service. Took out a loan with them and ran into a brief financial snag where I couldn't make one months payment. Without even attempting to work with me I was harrassed by the staff with daily phone calls which I answered. Speaking to them does not prevent them from contacting references on the daily basis, contacting me during working hours, and being outright rude. When after a month I was able to resume payments, I received a call from the manager who was equally rude and refused an arrangement set up by the local office for me to catch up on my payments and told me that even witb a payment I wou ld continue to get daily phone calls. Best bet....stay away from this company.

  A family member (not living in our household) borrowed money from Security Finance. They gave Security Finance our phone number as a contact reference. Apparently the loan has not been paid and this company calls every day asking for one of the people who took out the loan. We have been cooperative and gave them the info they requested yet they continue to harass us. This company makes high interest title loans to people who can not afford them, Then they turn around and exploit and use their family and friends. Do not do business with them! They are crooks!!!
