      IF I COULD I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM A SINGLE STAR. THESE PEOPLE TALK ABOUT YOU LIKE A DOG WHILE YOU ARE ON THE PHONE. ALL I ASKED WAS HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE TO DO TAX RETURN. SHE STARTED TELLING THE OTHERS IN THE OFFICE THAT I WON'T GIVE UP ON ASKING FOR A PRICE. LORD HAVE MERCY IF YOU EVER NEED A LOAN I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT THEY'D SAY. VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HATEFULNESS AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
