      Worst branch location ever!!! I went inside with supporting documentations as requested and forgot my DL but had my Military ID. Also, I had my DL on my phone so I showed. Debbie (Manager) told me that for identity and audit purposes she cannot give me the loan. Please note that I have history with this location (3 previous loans). SMH!!! We live in a digital society so, I do not understand where this is coming from. Second, I have email my DL and get it print out for the file. What you really wanted to say was not being said. Now, that branch LOST a loan. You are in Management!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!

      Honestly super easy loan process and I have not received one annoying phone call from them just the one to update me on my first loan payment and when it will be due. I got a real check in the mail and it was a real check I didn't have to go fill out a bunch of paperwork or anything, and it came in clutch right when unemployment ended. Thanks security finance!
