      They're very unprofessional. It seems ghetto the way the agents talk to you is like you are already denied before you get throught the application process.

      I got a small loan with them before covid-19. They are unwilling to work with me. They have called me every day three times or more. I talked to them about when I had to have a payment in; they needed it right now or it is going to collections. They stated that if I let it go to collections it would be garnished out of my checks. I don’t believe that is true. I feel like they are pushy and they lie. I’m most upset with the attitude they have, their harassment, and them trying to scare me. I have two other loans with two different companies; those companies treat me like a costumer and security finance does not.
