I bank at the Security First in Cheyenne, but being up in laramie for school I occasionally need to hit the grand Avenue location. On three separate occasions now, I have sat at the drive through window for 10+ minutes without even a hello. I hit the call button, I was even waved at by an employee who turned around and was never to be seen again. Today I left the bank and just plan on returning to Cheyenne to do a minor transaction, because I couldn't be helped at the Laramie location.
