  Hold checks for long period of time when they said it that would not be the case. Worse experience with any financial institution. Closed account and went to bank and no issue.

  Good afternoon, My experience was definitely interesting. When I arrived I spoke with a lovely lady about making a new account. I told her I want to deposit my check into the account, "she said well the funds won't be available until 7-10 business days on hold." My response was even though the check is with security service, I think I rather deposit it into my other account with IBC or chase. She's than turns around and says "oh I had no idea it's with us, yes I'm sure we can make an exception this one time." Soon after I went to the cashier to withdraw some funds and I told the gentleman, in the future I'm gonna be depositing checks into my account from my husband's employer in person, he than turn around and said "we wouldn't be able to assist you with that but we'll be able to cash them than deposit them." I think as my first experience doing business with representatives of the branch it's was interesting to see lack of probing questions which led to alot of confusion and almost had me walking out the door and take my business elsewhere.
