      I recently had a difficult banking issue. I ended up being at the bank for hours. Angela was the banker. Although this was a difficult issue, she made things as easy as possible. She worked tirelessly with me for hours and had such a caring attitude. It's not often you find an employee willing to work as hard as she did for as many hours as she did and still do it happily
