      The manager Renee at this branch is truly amazing! Last few months she helped us out tremendously, without Renee would've been so hard. We moved to Florida about a year ago but still bank at US BANK in Fountain,Colorado. Renee definitely needs to be congradulated for a job well done!!!!!       Horrible customer service, can't don't most things a normal bank can do. Every time I have to deal with a teller at UsBank I am more and more convinced it's time to change banks.

      Horrible place. No workers available. Been standing in line for 30 minutes with one bank teller. While manager is sitting in office
