      Everytime I come through the centralia location drive thru, they have some new policy about how they can't do this or that. They need you to come inside. Rude people, customer service is seriously lacking at this location. The Chehalis Airport Rd. location are always so sweet and friendly. I'll be avoiding this branch at all cost.

      With a sign that states "money to lend" you would think they would want to not to mention invest in their local community, but that isn't the case. This place will come up with any reason possible to not lend. Let's see a rental that makes 3000+ a month doesn't make enough money for a refinance with it bringing in more than double the mortgage. Finally the latest excuse is that my portfolio isn't seasoned enough for them to lend money on properties. What next? Just avoid you will spend countless hours attempting to fill out their excessive paperwork only to hear one of their many reasons why they won't lend to you.
