I called this company to see why my homeowner's insurance was never cancelled (my first time selling a home). Peggy told me she would have Cary call me back, she didn't call back that day so I called again the next day. Peggy told me she informed Cary of my call and she informed her that they don't cancel the homeowners policy but she would look into it. I said, she could have called me back to let me know that, Peggy so rudely told me that she doesn't RUN Cary! Now, I totally understand if you don't cancel homeowners policies but if I'm calling to ask, why don't you just say that? Instead I get a rude answer..so very sad that I'm just asking a simple question and paid you for services, it's my first time selling a home..Maybe guide your customers through the process instead of acting like I should already know. Why wouldn't anyone there tell us to cancel our home owners policy on our own, instead we insured a home for 5 more months than we needed to.
