      I wrote a review that wasn’t so good and I have to apologize to the staff they really did a great job in handling my issues they were very polite and patient with me because I know I can be really difficult at times so thank you very much to the branch manager and assistant manager personally for helping me out.!!!

      Poor customer service, teller was rude!!! Lied about being a notary because she was lazy and didn't want to be bothered!!! Stay away from this place!!!

      This bank is fine until you need anything from customer service. They are polite, but painfully slow. If you need anything from the online service team, make sure you give them multiple days to make any headway with your request.
