      Walked in, greeted. Spoke with branch manager. She was very professional, articulate and willing to help. She went the extra mile to help us complete and understand the process of our inquiry. Great customer service and knowledgeable.

      This branch have a very convenient hours. Open until late afternoon weekdays. They are open as well on Saturday and Sunday. However, be aware that sometimes during the afternoon, teller is closed. It may be good to have a signage of when exactly they are going to be back. I’m here today 10/9/19, arrived around 3:34PM. The trainee was left alone and currently cannot accept a deposit on business account. I was told about 10 mins the teller should be back. But teller arrived exactly 4:00 PM. I should have given higher rate, but unless the deficiency is resolved, I’ll keep it at 2 stars.

      Worst Suntrust Branch EVER! I’ve been a customer of Suntrust for years banking in Florida & Maryland. Staff, especially manager Christopher Gomez, is a bit rude & needs some customer service & personality training. As a manager he definitely is NOT a people person. Lines long & branch understaffed. 2 other customers in front of me had troubles with their transactions. I will never visit this branch again.
