Pleasant service during business hours. Full service ATM can now distribute $5 bills, which is helpful.

This review is about SEFCU as a whole. The overdraft fees are ridiculous. I got charged $28 overdraft fee because my account went -12cents. I had a pending Cash app deposit of $80, my account had $7.89. Disney Plus (6.99) charge came through before my deposit. Immediately, SEFCU charged me an overdraft fee. After 8 years with this bank, which I only got Freshman year of college because it was easy for students, I’m closing the account.These last two year the charges have been ridiculous. Reply to comment: I have spoken with your customer service representatives, and the only “solution” you offer is a one time a year-dispute of an overdraft fee. SEFCU doesn't intend on fixing this problem. Instead you continue to hold and delay funds, then rearrange purchases so you can charge an overdraft. Yet, the company claims to be convenient for State employee and students.

Hours listed should not include the "video banking" on their ATM. By that logic they're open 24/7 because of the 1-800 number. Thanks for a whole lot of nothing. Soon as I finish paying off my loan, I'm gone
