      Worst customer service. I spoke to 9 different people and no one was able to help me. They transfer you around and around to the wrong department in order to not actually help at all. No one knew what they were doing. Very disappointed.

      Get placed on hold to research the issue and then get hung up on. Try to pay extra on my mortgage payment and they misapply the additional $$$ that i pay to draw out the length of the loan. Called in May to have a 'cash correction' done for one of my payments & it still hasn't been done. Talked to a supervisor today and said that it should only take 72 hours for these to be completed and that mined was just overlooked. They always offer to send an email to another dept to have the situation handled but never get taken care of.
