      There is no help here. I can't get any help I've came 3-4 times less than a week either they are racist and don't want to help or well there really isn't any other reason I can think of because that's way too many times I have to ask for help and not get it so I get the picture. You don't help black people

      I called them to find out the balance of the car that I financed with them, I was on hold for 16 minutes and the woman who answered me was very rude to me because I didn't have my account number in hand, I asked if she could locate my account with my personal details and she hung up the phone
