      An absolutely horrendous credit union. Completely unprofessional. Lydia is a liar and a fraud. She torpedoed a house sale due to the fact that she lied multiple times. She did not do her job when she was supposed to, lied multiple times that a deal was ready to close, did not inform the buyer of the things he had to do, did not have the buyer properly qualified for the loan, and then played the victim as she kept pushing the deal back despite the fact that she had over a month to get the job done. Do yourself a favor. Go to a real bank or credit union. These people are scam artists.

      Word of advice if you started your account with the branch on Fond Du Lac stick with them. I tried to withdraw my own money from my account and “for some reason” they refused and adviced me to “go where I came from”🤔
