  If you’re in the market to purchase a home, Christy Schnackel at SENB is the absolute best! She helped us through every step of the homebuying process. I know that I was not the easiest of clients. I am a worrier and I contacted her daily with many questions and concerns. She was always very responsive and helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly. She made this arduous process feel so much easier and seamless. She is extremely knowledgeable and my husband and I would highly recommend her for those looking to purchase a home or property. Since the housing bubble burst back in 2008, purchasing a home has become extremely difficult, requiring buyers to jump through an inordinate amount of hoops to procure financing. Christy made this seemingly overwhelming task so much more tolerable and achievable with her superior knowledge and understanding. We purchased a home out of state, and at our closing down in Florida, our representative at the title company said Christy was one of the best mortgage agents that she has ever worked with! She sang her praises and said that she wanted her business cards to pass out to others looking for homes, as many bankers she dealt with locally down there were rude and inconsiderate. My husband and I cannot say enough about how fantastic Christy has been to work with. SENB is very fortunate to have her. For anyone looking to purchase property, first time buyers or seasoned veterans, do yourself a favor and contact this wonderful professional. You’ll be glad you did.
