      Can't say enough good things about our experience. We are from Oregon and were having problems withdrawing money from our bank account at Umpqua Bank in Oregon. The two girls who helped us took care of everything. We were able to get a cash advance. Again thank you so much.

      Worst bank ever. Fees on top of fees and they don't care about the customer. They are just as money hungry as a big bank. Don't fall for the "credit union" part of the name. I've lost so much money in overdraft fees due to the bank app messing up or just negligence. Save yourself the money and trouble. They will also frequently claim they "tried to call you" to fix a mobile deposit issue even though you have no missed calls or voicemails. Worst. Bank. Ever.
