  Have had a poor experience on two separate occasions Once last year where I was assured there was International Transfers available. Which they are not, only transfers from banks within the United States. Apparently the teller thought international meant across the nation… Similar mistakes occurred today when we phoned to confirm the necessary documentation to open an account, had the same information confirmed by a teller in branch, only to be informed by a senior member of staff that the list of documentation given by phone and in person was incorrect. Very unsatisfactory way to conclude a thirty minute wait to see someone who could help us. Perhaps on a return visit there will be signs of improvement but currently the fundamentals require serious work in order to be seen as trustworthy.   We started doing our banking with Service One over 15 years ago and we’ve never considered going somewhere else. People who know who you are every time and the best automotive loan interest rates.
