Rejected my EFT and now I am caller 109 waiting to talk to a representative. This after depositing my wages EFT for over a year. These guys are going to get the boot. I have never had this poor a service at any other bank before. Yeah, I've tried chat. All questions and no answers.

Not a good bank I have got frozen 2 times I've been at that bank for over 3 years. They need to fix there call 24 thing because they should be able to un freeze a bank account. I am switching to a new bank.
