      I've never had an issue with servU. And when we needed a small loan, we received the funds within 2 days if not sooner, right after our approval. We applied online and after getting a phone call about our application, we were approved. Our credit scores are above 700 so that may have influenced the situation, but they seem very helpful and considerate of personal dilemmas and situations. They've always been helpful and the app is amazing. I do wish it showed the date that the transactions happened, not just the date it went through, or maybe a timestamp of when it was used... but when I used their messaging board they replied within 1 business day and even contacted me to help further. I think they are awesome, and would recommend this bank to anyone.

      They wasted weeks having us jump through hoops on a mortgage. Went down the street to another local bank who was super good about explaining everything and making it work for us with 1% lower rates and no closing costs. Staff was terrible at transparency and explaining the process. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the place for you.
