  Seth is a man of his word. We were referred to Seth by our real estate agent last year, and we just finished the second refinance with him. We have been super happy with him. He got us the best rates both times, and finished very swiftly. One thing of note is that is that his style is slightly unconventional. For instance, in order to swiftly lock the rates some of our information had minor inconsistencies and numbers were slightly higher than promised. This made us worry at first but he assured us that these were just estimates and by the end the correct numbers would be reflected. He walked me through how this was just an acknowledge of receipt (which was confirmed by the wording of the document) and at the end of the process there is a 3-day rescission period where if I ever felt he hadn't kept his end of the deal we could back out without any consequences. He was correct on all fronts, and both times there were absolutely no errors at the end, numbers were precisely what Seth had promised and it was done in a very timely manner. On top of that, I want to say Seth is very willing to answer any questions at any time, took many phone calls from me and even patiently listened to my desire to open a credit card in the midst of the process and walked me through all possibilities-- something which most lenders would just have ruled out immediately. The main thing I want to reiterate is Seth is a man of his word. I would strongly recommend anyone considering a refinance to go with Seth, and if the rates fall further I will happily use his services a third time too.
