  When it came to selling our house, Greg Hendrickson at Seven Gables Real Estate was a fantastic agent. He walked us through what to update prior to listing, managed the handyman performing the cosmetic updates, coordinated with the photographer and the stager to make our house look amazing in person and in pictures, and kept us updated on the state of the housing market so we could keep our expectations reasonable. Additionally, he helped us get a “home refresh loan” that was effectively an interest free loan to allow us to make the suggested home renovations. Ultimately, even with the raising interest rates, we were able to get an offer on our home in 10 days and closed after 21 days of escrow thanks to Greg’s stewardship. Thank you for all your help, Greg!

  As a homebuyer I would highly recommend to work with Olga Keyes. During the seller’s market we were so lucky to buy our new home below the market price because of Olga’s professional skills. We had a different experience with a previous agent, who was interested only in his own commission, but not in a client’s goal. But when we started to work with Olga, she called us back after one hour and suggested writing an offer $23K (!!!) below than our previous agent proposed. And our offer was accepted!!! You can imagine how much money she saved for us! Olga always follows the clients’ interests. She has very strong negotiation skills! We really appreciate her help, she made our family super happy with our new home! We could not have got it without her!
