      Stay away from this branch. Stay away from Wells Fargo. They do not care about their customers, cannot think outside the box. Why would you want a bank that treats its customers horribly. I could tell you our story but I won’t waste your time. If you are thinking about becoming a Wells Fargo customer. Run. Run the other way. ESPECIALLY if you intend on making this branch in Tustin your main bank. By the way, if you are wondering about the response to my review where they acted like they cared and wanted to hear my concerns? Don’t buy it. Two days later after I emailed my phone number inviting them to call me. They still haven’t reached out to me. That is one of their things. They make promises, but never deliver. My review stands.

      I TOLD BANK REP. GRACE MY ADDRESS TO SEND THE NEW BANK CARD TO, SEVERAL TIMES ! WELLS FARGO EVEN HAS MY ADDRESS ON FILE ! SHE STILL SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!! & NOW MY BILLS ARE LATE! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE ‼️‼️
