      The SFBAECU deserves a top notch review for the services they continue to provide for SF Bay Area Educators. They provide loans and other services to educators with reasonable interest rates and friendly service. Over the years, I have had a couple of loans through the SFBAECU. They continue to provide friendly and efficient service. Jeanette has been extremely helpful over the years. No matter how busy she might be, Jeanette is always patient and helpful; she is an asset to the SF community of educators. Recently, Victoria provided me with a needed document for a mortgage company to confirm my loan to the SFBAECU had been paid in full. Victoria responded to my request immediately. It does not get any better than that. May the SFBAECU continue to prosper and provide services to SF Bay Area Educators.

      Zero customer service. Deposited 50k here and then they “lost” the check and won’t answer phone calls. Terrible institution only open 5 hours a day. Give me my money!

      I called 3 separate times and requested a call back but did not get one. I originally had some concerns about my online acct. and on the last call because I lost my debit card. I eventually had to go there in person. I asked why I hadn’t received a call back and the response was that they (3 people) we’re sorry but they were very busy. It’s unacceptable. In the end, I did get all of my concerns addressed but not without a lot of previous aggravation. Who does one speak to about our concerns?
