      John is the best of the best! Everything you want in your Loan Officer.... knowledgeable, compassionate, and always picks up the phone when you need anything. I have seen John go out of his way to help all of his clients and assume roles that are not his responsibility, but does it without hesitation to make things smoother for his clients. Make sure you reach out to him if you are in the market for a mortgage!

      My entire experience with Shamrock Home Loans was great. From initial conversation to actually moving forward with our mortgage, John Nordeste was knowledgeable, reliable and responsive. It's not everyday you meet someone in a business setting who takes the time to personally reach out with updates and information.       I was gratified to see the extraordinary work by John and Shamrock team to get us to the finish line on time. Customer service was excellent 👏. My realtor mentioned it was a pleasure to work with John; impressed with his performance that he will be recommending John/Shamrock to their other clients. I am sure the team worked harder than we would ever know to get everything going as planned. There were some challenges along the way. However, we were kept informed through every step of the process. Also, 2 years ago, I went through a similar process with another lender. They were good, but John definitely exceeded our expectations!!!
