  Sharee is professional, punctual, and customer-focused. I cannot say enough positive things about Sharee. She went above and beyond expectations to help us complete the mortgage process. Any time I had questions, all I had to do was email or text and Sharee provided a thorough answer. She explained my options multiple times when I was confused about anything. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions but Sharee never lost her patience with me. I highly recommend Sharee and I have already recommended her to friends.

  This amazing woman is the most patient, caring, encouraging and gentle guide that anyone could ever have through a refinance process. I refer her to anyone who says the word house out of their mouth. I had so many questions, goals (some of them fantasies) and she respected each lofty goal and was such a gentle usher back to reality. I am so glad at the progress I have been able to make since working with her. If there is anyone out there intimidated by the conversation around discussing your finances regarding a home purchase or refinance, I am telling you now that you will NOT have that experience with Mrs. Awwal. What you will gain is a patient and understanding professor who will literally make you feel like you are in a private, home-school course on how to get (or why you may not be able to get) exactly where you want to be in the time that you would like to see your vision realized.   Sharee was excellent to work with! I could not have asked for a better first time home buying experience. My process was seamless and very smooth, and a huge reason for that was Sharee! If you're looking for someone that has patience, is extremely responsive to email/calls/texts, works quickly and efficiently, explains all the details, and is just an all around nice and pleasant person, you want Sharee!
