      Been a member since 2015. Great service. I’ve never personally called in because i can do everything online top to bottom. My entire family are all members. Never had issues on the phone, or in the branch, and you’re treated like family.

      The WORST credit union. Near zero customer service, and impossible to soak to anyone with when a marginal level of competence. They lost two of my monthly payments, and are doing absolutely nothing to help me get the problem straightened out. They've just dumped all the responsibility on to me to figure out what happened to the money that they received. Unbelievable.

      Absolute trash customer service. Debit card expired and they never sent a new one. Also can’t get anyone on the phone, they transfer me to US BANK! They’ll respond on here but avoid them anyway trust me. Member for 3 years.
