Worst bank. Can never get anyone on the phone, when you apply for a loan it takes DAYS to get a response back. There employees always call out. It’s horrible.

I’ve honestly had a great banking relationship with Sharonview until lately. Seems like when everything is ok then all is good but if you seem to be having a problem then it’s like the customer service goes out the window. What’s really bothering me is I lost my debit card almost 2 weeks ago and reported it lost right away and I still haven’t received it. You would think it would get expedited since people used their debit cards everyday. After a week and a half of waiting I called and was informed by a third party company that answers after hours that it was only processed 3 days prior to my call. Also, I found it convenient that because I don’t live in SC that they had branches in NJ but when those closed I was okay with shared branches but now those are slowly no longer shared branches, who knows why. I’m sadly considering taking my business elsewhere.
