      I was dumped in Shelby's lap due to a previous employee left the company. I had to start over and went back and forth with applying just myself or myself and daughter and which kind of mortgage I wanted to apply for. Shelby was so kind and patient with me and understood my struggles. She accommodated my time frame and would meet when it was convenient for me.
