  Shelley may just be the best loan officer in Chicago. She and her team have completed two transactions for me and the last one she did in just under 40 days...not because we were in a hurry, but just because they are THAT GOOD. She and her team responded to every inquiry, every silly question, and helped us put offers on 6 homes before we finally had an accepted offer (this market is NUTS - but Shelley will keep you sane). All my future home loan/refinance needs will be through Shelley. Thanks again!!!

  Shelley went above and beyond to provide the most incredible lending experience possible. She offered a very competitive rate and truly project managed my entire process, staying in constant contact to ensure I had all steps completed to close on time smoothly. Her partnership with my realtor and lawyer was the best I’ve seen from a lender- felt like a true team effort the entire way. When the seller had an unexpected issue day of closing that pushed out my closing date and caused significant stress, financial risk, and hours of negotiations, Shelley is the REASON we were able to come to an agreement and move forward with the purchase as she stepped in without needing to in order to provide a solution for all parties. She will be my forever lending partner and I’ll be referring everyone I know.
