  Shelly was so knowledgeable and friendly. Kept us posted each step of the way with our refi. Even volunteered her time while on vacation if we had a question about anything telling us to contact her if needed. Of course we didn't need to contact her, but who does that! Such customer service. Wish we had multiple properties to use her services. Thank you for your hard work!!

  We first met Shelly a few years ago while out casually shopping lenders because we were considering acquiring property up north. My arrival unannounced to her office, I was met by her with enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to share time. 45 minutes later, we left the experience feeling as though we’d just had a nice encounter with a ‘real’ person...no sales gimmicks. No pressure. Not long after meeting Shelly, we found a land parcel that we really liked and decided to move on it, and quickly. Having met with a number of lenders in the months/years prior, my first impulse was to take this to Shelly. I’m glad we did! She was both efficient and patient. Terms and processes were explained to us (sometimes we required this more than once!) and she demonstrated caring and conscientiousness throughout. There was not a single instance where we felt as though we were hanging in the wind or neglected. Instead we felt as though we were her first and only priority (tho we knew this was not the case). More recently - having built a home on the same property - we again engaged Shelly to help us convert a local construction loan (300 miles away from her) to a refi. It was a no-brainer as we trusted her. Unfortunately, due to logistic issues related to both distance and timing we could not pull it off. No one’s fault, just one of those things. Yet once again we were so pleased with our treatment that I offered to recommend her should she ever foresee the need. NOTE: this is actually the SECOND recommendation I’ve written on her behalf. So satisfied were we the first time that I composed an unsolicited letter of praise to her employer that indicated how fortunate they were to have her!
