      Very pushy, not professional. He arrived with his wife and spoke a different language with her. Called my " future " home a mess and according to home appraiser, his recommendations were beyond necessary. Also on inspection report he marked that garage door needed repair/ replace. There is no garage on the property. Guess you get what you pay for.

      Anna, You call me on a home you are buying from a family member, for a home inspection, not an appraisal, not as a sales person to tell you everything is great. I did the inspection over 3 months ago. You must have fixed many things before the appraiser came through. I am sure any professional, including the appraiser, would have made the same comments. Sorry I hurt your husband feelings, he had no idea what he was doing......There were several items we found that were VERY serious safety issues. I hope you got them fixed! The Inspection was done to the WI state standard...... state of WI requires all these things called out. I call out what I see.....I am not trying to sell you anything! I treated you with respect and professionalism. My wife is a helper and speaks a different language?! What is the problem! I think that is very rude thing to say about anyone, what is the difference if she speaks a different language. Your the first person who has made a nasty comment about her. I cannot tell you how many realtors request she comes a longs and how many customers say nice things about her as well. In a male dominated industry, she puts 90% of inspectors to shame. If you had an issues you could have called or emailed me anytime. Seems like your spiteful a person.
