Ben saved my multi legged 1031 exchange. Ben Murphy had my approval to me in 24 hours and had my Closing Disclosure to my inbox in 48 hours. He paid attention to every detail including making sure to adjust the mortgage amount so that my earnest money deposit could be returned to me in escrow as I requested.
