  Well I don't normally write reviews but in this case I feel it is so necessary ! The old phrase "One Bad Apple" really is relevant here. I have been Banking at Bank of America for a long time. It is a small account and most of my Banking is done in Mexico at Bancomer. Always friendly never any questions, just always a pleasure however Bank of America is very convenient. A month ago I entered B of A on Rosecrans. I enjoy the exchange with the girls at this location. Very friendly always polite. This day was different ! As I entered the Bank two people greeted me and asked if they could help and what did I need. I told this guy later learned his name Carlos Laguna good morning but I needed to see a teller. He wanted to know why and I explained to him why. He tells me "well all of this can be done at the ATM". I told him no I would rather see a teller. He kept insisting that this is the way Banking was going and to use the ATM ! It did not go well and I finally told him "don't tell me how to do my Banking. Well once I got in line there was only one teller with one customer. Her name is Debby and she is super ! She tells me Mr. Smith good morning I am going to be a while I am doing a Bond Transfer. Very nice Lady. Now we have three people in line and Carlos Laguna and another female employee obviously see us waiting BUT CONTINUE THEIR CHATTING with one another ignoring the people in line ! I finally turned and said "hey can we get someone to help us" ? Wow it got real bad real quick ! Carlos Laguna wanted to argue even threating that he COULD HAVE ME REMOVED FROM THE BANK ! Complete JERK should never be in Banking or anything else ! Obviously Does NOT Get Customer Service ! Well went back yesterday to the Bank to Deposit My Social Security and there was Carlos ! Perfect Opportunity to smooth things out RIGHT ? Not this FOOL.... Instead he immediately ran to his little office to hide ! What a VERY POOR EXAMPLE OF AN EMPLOYEE ! FOR SURE !

  They simply do not answer the phone at this location! Received a voice message on 1/25/21 to call this branch regarding an ongoing issue with a safe deposit box. Have tried repeatedly to get them to answer the phone, to no avail. They do not allow waiting on hold. Disconnected immediately the one time that someone picked up the phone (no words were spoken on either end), and every other time, advised they were “busy” and to use the internet. Currently on my 20th attempt today. They are most certainly NOT working to provide service!
