  Loan officer was missing in action 90% of the time we were under contract. Would not respond to emails or voicemails. Over 2 months under contract with this company, the file was handled poorly, after 2 closing extensions and repeatedly requesting a denial letter, I received an email the night before the 3rd expected close date. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. When or if you hear their name, Run!

  I really wish I would have done a little more research into mortgage lenders to use when buying my first home. I was recommended by my realtor to use this company because they offered incentives for first time home buyers and regret that I listened. I was offered a program for down payment assistance. Come to find out, after signing paperwork for this, they somehow "forgot" to secure the funds before this program ended. They then offered a different program but that meant that I would be spending much more out of pocket to close than expected. I decided to go ahead thinking "let's just get this over with so I can buy my home." My closing was put off multiple times. I was always having to review paperwork and have them fix it. When my closing did finally come around, I was so happy that this nightmare would finally be over. NOPE! Get to my early morning closing and I am told by the title company that the mortage company never wired over the funds for the house! We waited until late that evening for the keys to our home when we should have walked out with them that morning. Do yourself a favor and use someone else. It's not worth the stress.
