  I have been doing business here for quite awhile and it use to be a descent business but not anymore. Do not do business here. They can NOT be trusted, they are not dependable and he does not stick to his word. For about 2 years I have been going there looking for that special gift for my husband. Our 35th wedding anniversary was July 29th. I went to the store 2 weeks ago and found a bracelet for him that was perfect. I asked him to hold it for me. I even offered money for him to hold it he said no don't worry about it I will hold it. He comes in my work. He came in this week and I told him I would be in at the end of the week to get the bracelet. He said ok. On Friday I went to get the bracelet because my husband and I were going for dinner and exchanging anniversary gifts.. When I walked in he said the clasp was broke on the bracelet but he had one but I would have to have it sauded on somewhere else . I said ok. He couldn't find one immediately but he told me to give him time and he would call me when he found one. I asked him it will be today right he said YES. After 3 hrs I called the store and his brother said they hadn't found the clasp yet but try in the morning. I was up all night upset so first thing in the morning I went to the store. He was out front and I asked him what was up. He said he didn't have a clasp. What jeweler doesn't have a clasp. I said ok I will buy it the way it was figuring I'd just go get a clasp. He said no I am going to fix it and sell it. I was like what. I said ok when are you going to do that. He said not in the near future. I was so upset I told him give me the other items I had in there and I would not do business with him again. I would like to report him to the BBB. He ruined my whole anniversary. Please be careful he will screw you if he can...

  All this verbal diarrhea stems from the fact that we DID NOT SELL you a broken item? Showed you the issue with the bracelet's lock and said I would try and the find proper lock for it. You also knew that we don't do jewelry repairs on premises and because I couldn't find a lock, I'm suddenly the worst person in the world after being a client here for over 15 years. How exactly did you get "screwed" Anyhoos, congrats to you and Joe for making 35 years, wishing you many more together.
