      It was an amazing experience and they have great loan programs. Not only did we lock in a rate that was lower than other lenders but we were able to do so without needing to pay additional points. The team is super responsive and they take the time to work with you during the entire transaction.

      I've now worked with Akshay Parti at Shining Star Funding, twice: once for a refinance and once for a normal home loan. On both occasions, the service was outstanding and the rates were extremely competitive. In today's competitive market, being able to close loans quickly is just as important as getting the lowest rate. Akshay and his team gave me the confidence to make a competitive offer with a short loan contingency, which allowed my wife and I to win our dream home (plus a seller credit for closing early!).
