On Thursday August 12th I went into the bank to complete a wire transfer. Miss April was behind the teller desk and asked me to hold on one moment. When she completed her task she invited me into her office where she took care of my wire transfer and it in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. After the transfer was complete I received a phone call from the bank. Miss April was calling to touch base to let me know that everything was fine. Communication in the stand age is imperative, I was so pleased by this type of customer service. Truth be told, I haven't stepped foot in a Bank lobby more than 10 times in the last 15 years. The folks at shore United Bank treat me like I'm a regular and they see me everyday. I would only recommend sure you're not a bank, not that there aren't good ones out there but these people always take the time to listen and take care of our needs and a timely,kindly and friendly manner. Thank you Miss April and the crew at shore United Bank in Ridgely Maryland.

Always there when u need them this is by far the best bank I've ever had. Super friendly customer service and will answer any of the questions or concerns u might run into promptly. Even if I'm thousands of miles away April Rieken takes care of anything. Best bank teller around so if you’re in need of a good banker I highly recommend u go check em out!!!
